c) A little nuts

All three apply in my opinion.

What I really wonder is what color is his/her light saber? I think teal....or maybe mauve.

But think about it, this is a greate Easter outfit! Perfect colors of the season. I even bet they have others for Thanksgiving (red and brown) and another for Christmas (red and green). This way you never have to wear normal cloths.....
