Highschool Reunion

For some reason, I was curious whether the Class of '95 from Norcross High School had a 10 year reunion LAST YEAR. When I searched reunion.com, lo and behold, there was one, but it was a relatively small gathering at Neeley Farm. So nothing official. I guess nobody wanted to plan it. What was interesting was to see who had signed up for the dating directory, noted by a "heart" icon next to their name. One of the guys was my highschool boyfriend's brother!

Yummy Summer Dessert!

Happy 4th of July! We went to a BBQ all the way in Lilburn today and went to the Super H Mart in Duluth to buy fresh veggies and things we can't get near home. For a hot day like today, we stopped at a little cafe called Suno Dessert directly in front of the Super H. The Koreans have come up with a giant shaved ice dessert, unlike your typical shaved ice treat. Their version is made from flavored shaved ice with all sorts of fruits and also those Asian red beans and green beans (sweet). I think in Korea they come in a giant bowls meant for sharing among 6. Reminds me of those tall cakes we get at Ruby Tuesdays but much healthier! We ordered the "Pappinsu" which has red beans, kiwi, strawberries. Yum! Stay cool!
