Trip to the Desert

I was in Albuquerque this week on business and I was really excited to see a city I had never visited. The desert scene was pretty spectacular and so different from where I live. Everything in Albuquerque is so brown and flat, except for the mountain range in the distance, and the weather was beautiful. We went to a restaurant called
Sandiago's at the bottom of the mountain and you can take a tram up to the top. They had the best Mexican food I've ever tasted! Oh and the mango margarita wasn't half bad either. The next night we went to the Old Historic Town of Albuquerque, which was touristy, but still a fun place to shop for knick-knacks. We missed the world's largest balloon festival by 1 week. Maybe we can convince the site to have us out there for additional assistance that week....
